Blockage?: Sounds like you are having angina with exertion. Hyperthyroidism can make this more evident. You need to be evaluated by a cardiologist immediately. If chest and arm pain occur at rest, call 911!

Needs evaluation: I agree with those who recommend an immediate assessment to determine the presence or absence of coronary artery disease and coronary vasospasm could be a cause. In addition, your doctor should check your TSH level (thyroid status).
