Tsh is 0.75, have hot flashes on left arm, chest, heart beats fast after eating. is this hyperthyroidism? did it cause my 2 miscarriages?

Normal TSH: A TSH of 0.75 is normal in most assays. The symptoms also are not typical of hyperthyroidism, which tends to cause palpitations and heat intolerance all the time.
