Bacterial infection: The type of pus indicates bacterial and/or fungal sinusitis. This needs to be seen and evaluated by physicians. Drops are useless and will only delay treatment.

Cold: Some greenish discharge can occur in the eyes during a cold. Try using artificial tears and a wet wash cold to remove any crusting from the lashes. It should resolve over 1-2 weeks as the cold resolves. If this worsens, see an eye doctor.
