It will go away: If you have a cold then you may have it in your eyes too. It will go away in 1-2 weeks. Please use cold compressors, artificial tears every 1-2 hours, wash your hands after touching your eyes, keep your hands clean and do not share your towel and pillow with others. If you still feel the pain and redness after a few days then please see your eye doc.
