Obstruction : Probably normal but i'd check a urine analysis and culture and if there is any flank pain, would check an ultrasound and nephrostogram.

May not be normal: Nephrostomy tubes often get cloudy or lightly bloody drainage. It may need to be flushed. If still draining urine, they are probably still in the correct place. If you are feeling fine (no fevers, flank pain, etc) then i would recommend against checking a urinalysis - it will certainly be positive since the tubes are connected to the outside world and you will get unnecessary antibiotics.
