Yes that kidney: Well functioning nephrostomy will drain all the urine produced by that kidney , depending on the diagnosis ( what is causing the obstruction to ureter ) some bleeding possible . Hydronephrosis is due to obstruction , when it is cleared it will get corrected Speak to your doctor
