Can low ferritin alone cause symptoms? I've very low ferritin but my haemoglobin, saturation and iron are all normal. I'm always tired. 20weeks preg.
My rbc is high at 5.9, hemoglobin is high at 18 gm/dL, and hemotacrit is high at 54%. My iron saturation is slightly high but ferritin is normal. My symptoms are burning, itching, and muscle pain throughout my body. What could this all mean?
