Why risk it?: The glue for the eyelashes might not be safe. The skin on the eyelids is very thin and chemicals could be absorbed and affect your baby. I'm not sure anyone can give you a definitive answer but it's not worth the risk. Men have a special place in their heart for pregnant women. I don't think they will notice how long your eyelashes are...

Maybe: The glue can become locally toxic to the thin eyelid skin especially during pregnancy with shifts of the immune system and hormones. The potential treatment meds are far more problematic. Why look for a problem. If you have a reaction it can be permanent and preclude their use when not pregnant.
