Can a mother's concussion have an effect on her baby, if she hit her head during pregnancy?

Grade I No: A grade i concussion will result in a brief period of memory loss and a headache and will not affect the fetus. Grade ii and iii concussions resulting in more severe symptoms "may have an impact" but only on the mother's awareness. Comatose mothers still deliver healthy babies.
