Should i read to my 6-month-old?

Yes: Books help parent and child grow closer. One way to help your child learn to love reading is to show that you enjoy reading. Pick books with bright colors and large simple pictures. Reading the same books over and over will help your baby to recognize and name familiar objects.

Yes!: You could have started even earlier if you liked! Never too young. Reading is a great time to be quiet and transition to sleep time. It also is great for language development and enhances future school performance.
