Infection: This is likely an infection. The fullness is swelling. The inability to open your jaw fully is again swelling. The bitter taste is likely pus. This all points to purulent infection. Your wisdom teeth may have been great a month ago, but you have an infection now and should not wait to see a dentist or oral surgeon. See your doctor asap.

TMJD: All of the symptoms but biter taste could be temporomandibular joint disorder. You could consult with an ENT and a dentist who treats many tmjd patients.

Likely wisdom tooth: It is very possible to get a pericoronitis which would give you these problems. This is an infection under the tissue which is over part of the wisdom tooth -- on the lower jaw. See your dentist about this. You are 19 and still growing -- teeth can still be moving.
