Look at your diet: Very often abnormal sensations in the urinary tract in the absence of infection are caused by irritants in diet. Processed food, soda, citrus fruit and its juices can cause this.

See your doctor: If there is discharge or burning on urination, there could be another type of infection that need treatment. Burning of the skin can also be a sign of herpes, but there are usually some painful sores. Other rashes ( like those caused by fungus) or irritation (from sex, masturbation, spermicides, or soap) can cause discomfort. Get it checked out!
