Smile bigger?: They can make your teeth larger, if that is what you want. But they will not make your mouth open more than it now does so that you can see more of your teeth.

Yes: Veneers can give you a wider smile and can also enhance your smile by showing more teeth especially if your teeth are worn down.

Smile by Design: Dental veneers are porcelain additions usually to the outer surface of the teeth to correct discoloration, malpositioned teeth or tooth spacing and chipped or broken teeth where crowning may not be needed. The replaced porcelain can build the tooth out further which will broaden the smile, or if sufficient tooth structure is removed the finished result may be exactly where it was originally. They can: Veneer treatment can change the size, shape, color, contour and position of your "teeth" , depending on their unrestored position, a little or a lot. If you are only looking for a color change, then you can keep almost everything else the same with the proper preparation. You can make the smile bigger as well. Be sure to see a prosthodontist or a restorative dentist that does this frequently.

Could?: No Prep veneers are incredibly thin and can very easily revitalize your smile if the problem is that are teeth are slightly mid-shaped or have old, stained fillings. Sort of like new vinyl siding in a house. If you wish to accomplish more of a smile makeover, prepped teeth will allow greater esthetic changes. Your teeth could be larger if needed or the same size. Best to get a consult!
