Great question: The answer is not a simple 1 though. Humor can help w' depression, but it is not a simple cure all. Laughter = a natural antidepressant. I encourage people who R feeling down or struggling 2 overcome addictions 2 C a funny movie since it will help a bit. However, serious clinical depression hits great comedians, like Robin Williams who we lost so tragically recently. Psychotherapy is needed
