Is getting a heart transplant a good way to treat brugada syndrome?

Overkill: Brugada syndrome causes sudden death by sudden onset of ventricular tachycardia. Treatment is medication to reduce rate of vt. Also placement of an implantable defibrillator (icd). A transplant would treat it but is overkill and has lots of risks.

No: Brugada syndrome does not qualify for eligibility for heart transplant. ICD, medication and even an epicardial ablation on the RVOT are better options.
