Would 2 different ekgs taken within 3 hours detect a heart arrhythmia issue like long qt, brugada or wpw? or only if youre symptomatic when the ekg is done?

Although WPW can be intermittent, Brugada or long QT tends to be most frequently persistent, although the irregular heart rhythms associated with these conduction abnormalities can be sporadic.
