Glaucoma, yes: A sudden increase in eye pressure may be a sign of angle closure glaucoma, which is a sight threatening emergency , requiring an immediate visit to your ophthalmologist. Dehydration can cause you to have dry eyes, or in severe scenarios can cause issues with your retinal vasculature.
