Could be: May be bronchitis or pneumonia. Coughing up blood an be some more serious as well like cancer. This needs to be looked at right away and at minimum get a chest x-ray done.

Lung problem : It could be a bronchitis, pneumonia, or something else. It is certainly worth getting checked out, especially if it has lasted for any length of time. Your primary doctor can provide a good evaluation and treatment plan, but may need to refer you to a specialist depending on the exact nature of your problem.
