Several causes: There are several potential causes. If you are constipated, one can see blood on the tissue from irritation of the rectum and anal region. Hemmoroids which are engorged veins in the rectal and anal region can bleed. Vaginal bleeding from a variety of causes as well. Urinary tract infections can also cause blood in the urine and perhaps on the tissue. See your doctor to get checked out.
