10w pregnant ?'s: At ten weeks, bleeding may occur if there is inadequate progesterone produced by the placenta, since ovarian sources stop after about 7-9 weeks of pregnancy. Tell your OB physician, who may prescribe oral progesterone to replace the deficit.
