I am a dancer, and i have a pinched nerve directly behind my right thigh from doing an improper heel stretch. how do i fix it so i can move on?

NEED DIAGNOSIS: Not clear if you possess a chronic hamstring strain/sprain or a true "pinched nerve" over the thigh, which might be a peripheral sciatica or even a pyriformis syndrome. Proximal nerve compression at lumbar or buttock levels may well be referred to post. Thigh, and sacro-iliac dysfnctn may also be hard to pin down. Maybe get consultation with osteopath and consider some testing.
