None of the above: Although I do not doubt your symptom (and it sounds like it's the same leg) none of those 3 choices fit the pattern of what you're describing. I think a good examination by your doctor together with some bloodwork and screening may reveal something. On the other hand, good hydration, getting good restful sleep, and regular exercise just may be the power script you need.
