About same: Tramadol 50 mg and vicodin 5/325 are comparable. Everyone has a little different response to meds, especially when it comes to pin relievers.

No: Tramadol or ultram is usually much weaker than hydrocodone. However everyone is very diffrent. Some may find tramadol a lot more powerful. Vicodin will soon be a cii substance. Which means it will be in the in the same class as oxycodone or morphine, and no refills.
