Ovarian cancer: Majority of patients with ovarian cancer present with abdominal pain, distension and fluid build up known as ascites. Some have change in their bowel habits from peritoneal disease. It can cause weight loss, malaise and constitutional symptoms. Some can have symptoms fr metastatic disease. Very few <5 % present with vaginal bleeding.
