PCOS: Pcos is a combination of Insulin resistance and high androgens or testosterone. You need to have all the hormones checked. I usually do a 28 day hormone test so i can see the entire cycle and know exactly what is going on. This also lets us know the exact day of ovulation.

See Ob/Gyn: Many patients are treated with metformin when they have pcos - however that does not improve fertility. You need to see an ob/gyn for treatment to improve your fertility. Good luck.
