Probably: More than likely it's fine to take it, but its always questionable as to how effective it will be. Expired medication isn't always as effective. I'd prefer seeing you take non-expired medication.

No: Vicodine expires in one year , so a few years old defiantly not good, over the counter is the next best thing if you don't have a prescription meds. Tell you see your dentist.

No: Do not use expired medications. Some people do it and most likely it will be ok. But you take your risk. Is like going to vegas, you can win and you can loose.Call your dentist to get a prescription over the phone.
