X-rays: The field of medical imaging using x-rays.

Medical Imaging: which utilizes x-rays passing through the body to be absorbed by film(old days) or a digital detector(current technology) in order to form diagnostic images. A common example would be a chest xray, also referred to as a chest radiograph.
