Are there non-surgical procedures to fix my deviated nasal septum?

No: There are non surgical ways to reduce the nasal obstruction from a deviated septum, but a deviated septum is an anatomical problem that can only be straightened through alteration of that anatomy.

No : You have a mechanical [as opposed to physiologic] obstruction. This is correctable only with surgery.

Deviated septum: A deviated septum can be corrected surgically to bring the septum to the midline. If there are symptoms like nasal obstruction, snoring or recurrent sinusitis, have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist. Surgery is the only treatment.
