If you have a prosthetic eye, is it possible to have surgery and put in another eye so you can see again?

No: Sorry, a whole eye transplant is simply not possible. As far as a functional artificial eye, this type of technology does not exist, but scientists are making the first steps in creating functioning artificial retinas, which could eventually lead to some type of artificial eye. We are many decades from seeing anything close to a functional bionic eye.
