Evaluation needed: This is definitely not normal and needs to be evaluated by a dentist. The pain could be related to the extraction, possibly a recurring infection or more likely from an adjacent tooth. You need to see your dentist to be evaluated and treated accordingly.

Long time: Pain after an extraction that was performed two months ago is not the norm. There may be a residual problem t that site, or another tooth in the arch may be hurting and it feels like it is coming from the extraction site. Call your dentist for an evaluation.
