How can i relieve whiplash pain in the neck and back muscles?

Whiplash: This is a common injury follow car accidents. You need to first make sure there is no signs of fracture or displacement on your vertebrae by an imaging study. This is usually done if you are brought to the er, but can be ordered as an outpatient. If scans are negative then the injury is likely muscular and should get better over time with physical therapy and pain management.
