Yes: Yes there are. In my office in the culver city area i offer both invisalign and clearcorrect. Both systems utilize clear removable aligners. Clearcorrect charges the dentist less, so we can pass on the savings to our patients. The costs vary, depending on the duration and complexity of your case.

Cheaper Not Better: Absolutely! there are cheaper alternatives to invisalign. The concept of clear aligners has been around for 40 years! there's clear correct; there's clear guide; there's red, white and blue (which was before invisalign); there's in-office aligners too ... Each of these has a different price and different method. All will work, but it depends on your teeth to see which is best.

Not really : Some dentists may use alternative clear-aligners, but in any case there are the expenses associated with the 3-d modeling and fabrication of the multiple appliances involved in treatment. Any type of orthodontics by definition involves movement of teeth over the period of months and years so there is always the time and attention required by a professional to achieve the desired results.

Yes: But the results may not be nearly as good. You get what you pay for. So do not be disappointed with the outcome.

Depends on your case: Braces and clear aligners can both provide dramatic benefits; however, an appointment with an orthodontic specialist is required to determine what is best for you and the associated professional fees. Often there not much difference between the costs of the two options.

Yes: depending on needs, for example, our offices create an in-house version of invisalign that we provide at a much reduced cost. not all cases work well with this, but when they do, patients are thrilled with both the price and the results.

Yes, but: Yes, but I choose not to deal with them. Invisalign has modernized and evolved their treatments (and continues to do so very year) to be a VERY predictable and effective in many demanding situations

Yes, but: Invisalign clones do exist (Smile Care Club, Clear Correct, to name a few), but they are less effective than Invisalign. Know also that even Invisalign is not as good as braces (still the gold standard). More important than the gadget is the skill of the practitioner. As GPs and Orthodontists charge about thre same, but Specialists do it better and faster, find a good Orthodontic Specialist.

There are several: There are other products out there, I would consider Clear Correct. Invisalign has been around much longer, but some of the patients prefer Clear Correct because of price and simplicity.
