Different disorders: Sarcoidosis is a disease of unknown cause where collections of inflammatory cells form nodules (granulomas) in the body, mainly the skin and lungs. Any organ can be affected, and the eyes can develop inflammation (iritis). Gulf war syndrome is a multisystem disorder affecting those returning from the gulf war. Symptoms include fatigue, muscle pain, rashes, diarrhea, and cognitive problems.
