No: The chances of you having a prolapsed rectum at age 26 is very small. The chances of it causing blurry vision and night sweats are less. I would be slow to have surgery for those symptoms and might suggest a second opinion if you have been told the surgery is going to cure those symptoms. I would be quick to ask about recurrence of the prolapse prior to having surgery for the uterus.
