Typically and: Historically it's been around the six month mark for the bottom front teeth (central incisors) to start poking through. Of course these days all the dental growth charts are out the window with our kids developing younger and younger. But then again we have some who are late dentally - i would not be concerned if its 8-10 months. If you are concerned consult with the child's md or pedodontist.
