Women's problem.: Fibromyalgia requires a coordinated approach between drugs, exercise, sleep enhancement, and sometimes massage. Drugs approved include cymbalta, lyrica, and savella (milnacipran). Older drugs used include cyclobenezaprine and generic elevil, both of which can aid sleep. Trigger point injections help. Exercise is very important. Most patients are severely deconditioned. Benefits equal drug therapy.
