a few days after my mva i felt something pop in the rs of my neck sending a tingly sensation up & thru rs of head. r cheek arm & leg went numb & ting?

THOUGHTS?: You may have injured a disc or vertebral body in your neck, and the description raises concern of contact with your spinal cord. Would recommend you contact your physician and get cervical mri. Also, do not get chiropractic or other manipulations of your neck as this could be very dangerous.
