Every couple of months i get multiple nose bleeds in a row. what could be wrong?

Epistaxis: You might have some abrasions in the nose that crust and don't bleed but given the right conditions (dry air, blowing nose too hard), it bleeds. You can try some humidification or saline nasal spray. It is very simple to get it checked and cauterized with silver nitrate in your local ent's office.

Not healing: Recurrent bleeding may be due to dryness, medications such as Aspirin and rarely tumors. Use saline spray or gel, avoid medications like Aspirin if appropriate. If still bleeding see an ENT for examination and possibly cauterization.
