Pain at bottom: Of your foot can always be plantar fascitiis, obviously if you were being seen in person we could ask you some follow up questions and exams me you to make sure this is the diagnosis. Unfortunately, "middle toe joint" is not enough of a description to understand what you are asking and needs more specificity. Could be a hammer toe problem, or any numb of other problems. Try and be more specific.
