Hard to say: It's very difficult to diagnose rashes without seeing what it looks like but it may be a fungal infection (sort of like jock itch). You can try looking up clinics if money is an issue. Otherwise, you can call doctors and ask for the cash rate - it's difficult i know but something we've tried to solve with our website - sorry you're not in texas where most of doctors are.
