Many causes: There are many causes of back pain, from a lumbar strain to disc disruption, arthritis in the spine (quite common), menstrual cramps, abdominal aneurysm, muscle imbalances, poor posture, compression fracture, kidney stones, and yes, cancer. Cancer is not a common cause of back pain, but it can occur. See your doctor to get thngs checked out.
