Maybe: Chief symptoms would be blood in urine and irritative voiding symptoms (burning, frequent urination, pain on urination). Generally, patients with early bladder cancer do not have symptoms.

Bladder: At a very early stage, many bladder cancers are presented without symptoms-and they are found accidentally during a procedure for other reason. Unless if the location is near the urinary canal then perhaps the symptomc can be presented a bit early. The most common symptoms may include blood in urine ( either microscopic or gross bleedig), & chronic/persistent irritation/discomfort in urination.
