See Derm: Accutane has a huge number of very serious side effects and must be monitored by a skilled physician with experience prescribing it. I do not recommend ordering online and don't know how you could get it anyway as it is a prescription drug. See a dermatologist as there are many methods, techniques and medicines for acne. Don't treat yourself!
