What is the best treatment for neropathy?

Depends on the cause: It depends on the cause of the neuropathy, some neuropathies are caused by vitamin deficiencies, the treatment is high dose vitamin supplements. Some neuropathies are caused by exposure to toxic substances, some of these can be removed by medication but eliminating the exposure helps. Diabetic neuropathy is treated with medications to reduce the tingling/pain. Treatment is usually symptom focused.

Get checked: It depends on what the cause of your neuropathy is. There are medications that can help, however it would be good to get evaluated by a neurologist to prevent worsening of any potential condition.
