Talk to your doctor: There is no current treatment to cure autoimmune small fiber peripheral neuropathy, however, intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapy is often used as is plasmapheresis. Each has potential risks/benefits, which you will need to understand before choosing either therapy or an alternative therapy. Speak to the doctor who ordered the diagnostic test(s) for recommendations. Hope you feel better soon!
