Eustachian tube : You could have eustachian tube dysfunction and have trouble draining fluid out of your ear. You could have chronic allergies, sinusitis, or infection. In the outer ear you could have too much ear wax. Your doctor can distinguish between causes, and may prescribe chewing gum, swallowing, nasal sprays, antihistamines, remove ear wax, or if infected prescribe antibiotics. Good luck!
