This is tinnitus & it may be fleeting or may be persistent. It could be from wax buildup in the ear canal or.be due to inner ear causes, although vertigo often accompanies.these. If it persists have a physician examine your ear with an otoscope and then advise you. You may possibly be referred to an ENT specialist.
