Unsure: When a man ejaculates he produced seminal fluid. That fluid comes from several different sources. But inside the fluid is sperm. The amount of fluid does not necessarily in any way correlate with the amount of sperm. So in general i would not worry. Unless the amount of fluid is very very small likely there is no problem.

See below: Amount doesn't matter. It's the quality of the sperm. Remember, you only need one sperm for conception. As for quantity, he needs to ejaculate less often so he has time to generate more fluids and sperm. Not everyday. Not multiple times per day. There's nothing to increase the quantity as long as he eats healthy, manages any chronic conditions appropriately, reduces stress, and exercises.
