I have been vomiting once a wk, experiencing chest and back pain, and feeling lightheaded. i'm a 37yr old female non-smoker. should i be concerned ?

Concern appropriate: You are having a variety of symptoms which can be somewhat frustrating and vague. The problem is, they can be associated with disease and therefore, should be evaluated. Chest pain, of course, can be anything from a strained muscle to heart disease. My best guess as to what might pull all these symptoms together is gastro-esophageal reflux, but do see your doctor for reassurance based on data.
