I am not aware: Of much data on this topic, but like sedimentation rate CRP can be elevated in a variety of inflammatory, infectious, immune and cancerous situations. Lymphocytes may or may not be elevated.

It depends...: CRP may be elevated in association with many clinical situations including infections, inflammatory states, or various cancers including lymphoma. The increase is variable. Lymphoma is usually confined to tissues but sometimes lymphoma cells can circulate in the blood resulting in an increased lymphocyte count; however, this is not typical for lymphoma, but rather for leukemia.
